2. Return Eligibility
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meats), we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged, spoiled upon delivery, or incorrect.
- Non-Perishable Goods: Items such as packaged foods and non-perishable products can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Personal Care Products: For hygiene reasons, items such as toiletries and personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

- Shipping: For non-perishable items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
