  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

4. In-Store Pickup

  • Availability: You can opt for in-store pickup at checkout.
  • Pickup Times: Orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
  • Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

6. International Shipping

  • Service Availability: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

7. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable Items: Due to the perishable nature of some products, we may limit shipping to certain locations to ensure product quality.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
